丽江市城市空巢老人养老模式选择意愿及影响因素调查

摘　　要：以丽江市85位60岁以上(含60岁)空巢老人为对象,从被调查对象的基本情况、家庭因素、健康因素、经济因素、社会支持、养老模式的选择意愿等方面进行随机抽样调查,用SPSS17.0进行全部数据的录入和分析,结果发现:家庭因素、社会支持因素、健康因素对空巢老人养老模式选择意愿有显著影响。建议在制定养老政策时,应巩固家庭养老的基础性地位;建立不同层次的养老机构;提高社区医疗、健康服务水平,完善社会支持系统,充分利用社会志愿者资源,实现对城市空巢老人日常关怀和照顾。Taking 85 empty nest elderly who are 60 years old（including 60 years old）in Lijiang as samples, this paper did a survey on the subjects＇ basic information, family factors, health factors, economy factors, social support and pension mode. With the record and analysis through SPSS17.0, the result shows that：family, social support and health factors greatly influence empty nest elderly＇s choice will of pension mode. It suggests to solidify the foundation of family pension, establish multi-level pension institution, improve the service level of community medical treatment and health, perfect the social support system, fully use the social volunteer resource to put the concern and care for the urban empty nest elderly into practice.
