对国家图书馆外文编目RDA本地政策声明中责任说明元素处理方法的若干思考

摘　　要：责任说明是书目著录中的常见元素,对识别资源具有重要意义。对该元素的记录,RDA与AACR2相比更具表达性也更具弹性。RDA规则弹性所提供的空间要求各国在制定本地政策声明需要形成更具指导性的具体规定。目前,国家图书馆正致力于本馆外文编目RDA政策声明的制定。在借鉴美国国会图书馆和德语国家地区图书馆RDA本地政策声明的基础上,论文对国家图书馆外文编目RDA责任说明元素本地处理方法提出若干建议。Statement of Responsibility, one of common elements in bibliographic description, is of great significance to identify resources. Compared with AACR2, RDA is more expressive and more flexible in recording the element. RDA rules are so flexible that all countries need a more specific guidance in their local policy statements. At present, the National Library of China is dedicated to RDA policy statements for foreign language literature cataloging. Based on RDA policy statements of the Library of Congress and the German-speaking countries, some proposals are put forward by this paper to deal with the statement of responsibility for foreign language literature cataloging of NLC.
