国外RDA培训实证研究及对中国的启示

摘　　要：随着CALIS联合目录外文编目RDA政策声明的发布,RDA在中国的培训工作也逐步开展。论文在对国外RDA培训相关情况进行梳理,分析国外RDA培训的优劣之后,扬长避短,为我国RDA培训工作的顺利实施提出:建立统一的RDA培训主办方,安排驰张有度的培训时间,按人员类别开展培训等相关建议。As the issue of CALIS RDA policy statements（CALIS-PS） of foreign languages catalogue of union catalogue,RDA＇s training work also gradually developed in China. After carding RDA related training situation abroad, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of RDA training abroad, this paper adopts good points and avoids shortcomings, puts forward relevant suggestions for the smooth implementation of RDA training work in our country：to establish a unified RDA training organizers, arrange scientific training time, and carry out the training according to the categories of staff and so on.
