摘 要:自动码坯机升降机构的动态性能在实际应用中十分重要。因此,在设计时需要注意该机构的振动特性和质量强度,基于Pro/e-ABAQUS软件平台,对码坯机升降机构进行模态分析,并根据模态分析变形、应力云图、前6阶固有频率、位移曲线和相应振型进行优化改进。结果显示,优化后升降机构固有频率增大,刚度有所提高,质量减轻,为自动码坯设备的结构创新设计和优化提供了理论依据。It is very important that the dynamic performance of automatic setting machine lifting mechanism in practical application.So,during the design we need to pay attention to the vibration characteristics and quality structure.The model analysis of the setting machine lifting mechanism is done and is based on the software of Pro/e-ABAQUS.Then,the model is optimized according to the model analysis deformation,the cloud chart of stress,the first six natural frequency displacement curve and corresponding vibration mode.The results show that after the optimized lifting mechanism inherent frequency increases,stiffness increases and the quality loses.Therefore,it is possible to provide a theoretical basis for design and optimization for the structure of the automatic setting equipment innovation.
