摘 要:目的了解宁波市非医学专业大学生院前急救能力现状,为更好地开展大学生院前急救培训提供基础。方法采用多阶段抽样法,先在宁波市12所高等院校中方便抽样选取7所,再随机抽取专业、班级,最终选取752名在校非医学专业大学生和各校的院前急救培训管理人员作为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷分别从学生和学校2个层面开展调查,并对所得结果进行分析。结果学生:本组调查对象院前急救知识、态度和行为的得分分别为(8.42±1.92)分,(18.72±1.91)分和(25.77±4.65)分。40.1%的调查对象有院前急救培训经历,有培训经历者的院前急救知识、态度、行为较未培训者高。学校:被调查的学校开展院前急救培训的组织形式主要有3种:开设急救课程,在其他课程中穿插以及开展红十字救护员培训,不同组织形式在培训学时、培训内容等方面均有所不同。结论宁波市非医学专业大学生的院前急救知识水平有待提高,对急救的重要性有较好的认识,院前急救行为仍需改善。院前急救培训的组织形式多样,但培训效果不理想。Objective To understand the status quo of pre-hospital first-aid ability of non-medical college students in Ningbo and to provide the reference for the training of pre-hospital first-aid for college students. Methods With multistage sampling method, 752non-medical college students and adminstrative staff of pre-hospital first-aid training from 7 institutes of higher learning in Ningbo were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results Among students, the knowledge, attitude and practice of pre-hospital first-aid were 8.42±1.92, 18.72±1.91, 25.77±4.65 respectively and 40.1% of the interviewees had received pre-hospital first-aid training and those once received training got higher score in KAP of pre-hospital first-aid than those not. Majorly, 3 kinds of prehospital first-aid training were provided in institutes of higher learning in the investigation, namely, special first-aid course, first-aid training conducted through other courses and red-cross ambulance crew training. Time and content of the training varied from institutes to institutes. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the knowledge and practice of pre-hospital first-aid for non-medical college students, even though they recognize the importance of first aid. Though pr-hospital first-aid training is conducted in various forms but it still needs to be improved for a better effects.
