摘　　要：针灸疗法是中国传统医学的重要组成部分,历代医家的临床实践证实,"得气"是针灸疗法中产生疗效的关键环节,并且决定了治疗效果。不同学者对针刺治疗过程中影响"得气"的因素各有独到见解,该文旨在从多个角度总结归纳各学者对针刺过程中影响"得气"的重要因素,为提高针灸临床疗效提供有价值的参考。Acupuncture is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. It has been confirmed by clinical practice that heedle sensation is the key link of acupuncture efficacy. Researches have been done to study the factors of heedle sensation in acupuncture manipulations. This paper aims to summarize those manipulations as comprehensive as possible and provide valuable reference for improving the curative effect in acupuncture treatment.
