舒血宁注射液对人工全髋关节置换术后血清血沉及炎症因子影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒血宁注射液对人工全髋关节置换术后血清血沉及炎症因子的影响。方法:收集于我院进行人工全髋关节置换术的患者100例,按照就诊先后顺序分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组患者给予硫酸亚铁片、塞来昔布胶囊,实验组患者在对照组的基础上给予舒血宁注射液。比较治疗前后两组患者红细胞沉降率(Erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR,简称血沉)、白细胞介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、超敏CRP(High sensitivity CRP,hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumour necrosis factor-α)水平,以及生活质量(Quality of life,QOL)得分。结果:治疗结束后与对照组相比,实验组患者血清ESR、IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平明显较低(P<0.05);生活质量得分明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁注射液能够减轻进行过人工全髋关节置换术患者的术后疼痛,推测其机制可能与降低血清中IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平,加快血清血沉,提高生活质量有关。Objective：To investigate the effect on the serum ESR and inflammatory factors by Shuxuening Injection in patients with artificial total hip replacement. Methods：100 patients with artificial total hip replacement from our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group by order of medical treatment,50 cases in each group. The control group were treated by ferrous sulfate tablets and celecoxib capsules. The experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with the Shuxuening Injection. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate,interleukin-6,high sensitivity CRP,tumour necrosis factor-αand quality of life were tested and compared after treatment. Results：Compared with the control group after treatment,the ESR,IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-αlevel were lower（P〈0.05）,the quality of life were higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shuxuening Injection can reduce the pain after the operation of total hip joint replacement patients,suggesting that the mechanism may be related to decrease in serum IL-6,hs CRP,TNF- a level,accelerate the serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate,related to the improvement of the quality of life.
