摘　　要：商洛市地理位置优越,生态旅游资源丰富,具有发展生态旅游的地区优势。但近年来,随着旅游业的快速发展,商洛市生态旅游资源法律保护制度体系中的主要问题也逐渐显现。只有建立健全保护生态旅游资源的法律措施,才能从法律的角度促进商洛市生态旅游的健康协调发展。Shangluo has regional advantages to develop ecological tourism because of its strategic location and rich eco- tourism resources. But in recent years, with the rapid development of tourism, the main problems in the system of legal protection of ecological tourism resources are gradually revealed. Only by establishing eco-tourism resources protection legal measures,it will promote healthy and harmonious development of eco-tourism in Shangluo from a legal perspective.
