浅谈省际高速公路逃费车辆黑名单取证的方法与对策

摘　　要：随着高速公路省内联网和跨省联网收费的广泛应用,联网收费里程越来越长,单车单次通行费额急剧上升,各种逃费手段亦多种多样。针对这种情况,建立高速公路黑名单管理系统,实现逃费车辆的主动快速识别尤为重要,主要方法是收集通行车辆图片和行驶资料,与有关部门确定核实建立黑名单库,并进行系统的管理。With the wide application of inter- province network and trans- provincial network toll collection of expressway,the network toll collection for mileage becomes longer,single- vehicle single- pass amount increases rapidly,and all kinds of fee evasion means are different. According to this situation,the blacklist management system of expressway is established. Initiative and rapid identification for fee evasion vehicles are very important. Main methods include collection of pictures and driving data of vehicles,and check with relevant departments to establish blacklist database and perform system management.
