缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法将我院2012年1月～2015年1月收治的原发性高血压患者80例作为观察对象,分为两组,每组各40例,对照组应用缬沙坦治疗,观察组予苯磺酸氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗,连续治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率,以及两组患者治疗前后收缩压、舒张压的变化情况。结果观察组的总有效率为95.0%,对照组为75.0%,两组间疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的收缩压和舒张压治疗8周后显著低于治疗前及低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压可以有效控制血压水平,具有协同作用,可以提高疗效,改善患者的临床症状,值得推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Eighty patients with primary hypertension in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group,the control group used valsartan treatment,the observation group received amlodipine and valsartan treatment, after treatment for 8 weeks,the total effective rate and the changes of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, and the control group was 75.0%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure in observation group after treatment decreased more than before treatment and the control group,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipine in treatment of essential hypertension can significantly reduce blood pressure, improve the curative effect, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, it is worth promoting and application.
