奥氮平、利培酮与喹硫平对肝功能影响的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨非典型抗精神病药物奥氮平、利培酮与喹硫平对肝功能的影响。方法选择2013年10月～2015年10月符合要求的210例精神分裂症患者,随机给予奥氮平、利培酮与喹硫平治疗8周,各组治疗前及治疗4、8周末均检测肝功能。结果共197例患者完成随访,治疗后各组对肝功能的影响主要集中在4周内,治疗8周后总肝功能异常率：奥氮平组19.12%、利培酮组15.15%、喹硫平组12.70%,三组主诉及体征、肝功能恢复率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论奥氮平、利培酮与喹硫平对肝功能均有影响,药物间不存在差异。Objective To explore the effects of the non-typical antipsychotics of olanzapine, risperidone and quetiapine on liver function. Methods 210 patients with schizophrenia who met the standard from October 2013 to October 2015 were randomly given olanzapine, risperidone and quetiapine for treatment for 8 weeks. Liver function was tested before treatment and 4 and 8 weeks after treatment in each group. Results Follow-up visit was completed in a total of 197 patient. The effects on liver function in each group after the treatment mainly were concentrated within 4 weeks. The abnormal rate of liver function 8 weeks after treatment： 19.12% for olanzapine group, 15.15% in risperidone group, and12.70% in quetiapine group. The complaints and signs, liver function among three groups had no difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Olanzapine, risperidone and quetiapine all have effects on liver function, and there was no difference between drugs.
