舒适护理在无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法选择2014年6月～2015年6月在我院行无痛胃镜检查患者200例,根据护理方法不同分为观察组与对照组,每组100例,比较两组插镜过程中纠正体位、重置口垫、退镜处理发生率。比较两组患者检查过程中及检查后出现呼吸抑制、躁动、恶心、呕吐、反流、呛咳的并发症发生率,并设计调查问卷对两组护理的满意度评分进行比较。结果观察组插镜过程中纠正体位、重置口垫、退镜处理发生率分别显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者检查过程中及检查后出现的并发症发生率显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者对医院的环境、护理人员的工作服务态度、仪表及操作技术的护理满意度评分及总护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在无痛胃镜检查中实施舒适护理干预措施,有利于提高检查的成功率,减少并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in painless gastroscopy. Methods A total of 200 patients with painless gastroscopy in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected, according to the nursing method were divided into observation group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The process of correcting the position,the replacement of the pad, and the treatment mirror were compared. In two groups, the incidence of complications of respiratory depression, restlessness, nausea, vomiting, reflux, cough, and the scores of satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the correct posture, the replacement of the pad, the back of the mirror treatment were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The complications in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, the difference was statis-tically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group, the patients in the hospital environment, nursing staff of the service attitude, instrumentation and operation technology of nursing satisfaction score and total nursing satisfaction score were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention in painless gastroscopy is conducive to improve the success rate, reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction.
