综合护理干预对高血压脑出血患者术后康复和心理状态的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对高血压脑出血患者术后康复和心理状态的影响。方法按照护理方案不同将120例高血压脑出血患者均分为实验组(综合护理)70例和对照组(常规护理)50例;对照组患者采取常规护理,实验组患者采取综合护理。比较两组患者护理效果。结果实验组患者护理干预后总遵医嘱率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理后SAS和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理后QOL和FIM评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理干预后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者对健康宣教、专业技术技能、服务态度、沟通交流能力、解决问题能力、责任心满意度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够有效提高高血压脑出血患者遵医嘱率,改善心理状态,提高生活质量和生活自理能力,降低并发症发生率,患者满意度较高,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical effects on the postoperative recovery and psychological state for the patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage by comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage were divided into experiment group（70 cases, comprehensive nursing intervention） and control group（50 cases, routine nursing）. The control group was treated by routine nursing, the experiment group was treated by comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effects were compared. Results The total rate in accordance with the doctor＇s advice of the experiment group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; The scores of SAS and SDS for the experiment group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; The scores of QOL and FIM of the experiment group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; The complication incidence for the experiment group were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The satisfaction of health education, professional and technical skills, service attitude, communication skill, ability of solving problems, sense of satisfaction of the experiment group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can increase the rate in accordance with the doctor＇s advice for the patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage by comprehensive nursing intervention, it can improve the psychological state, increase the quality of life and self-care ability of daily living, reduce the complication incidence, with high satisfaction. It has high clinical value.
