摘　　要：锌α_2糖蛋白(ZAG)在脂质代谢中起着重要作用,能够促进脂肪分解利用,可减轻胰岛素抵抗。已经证明脂联素、瘦素及肿瘤坏死因子α等在胰岛素抵抗中起重要作用。因而研究ZAG在胰岛素抵抗中与其他脂肪因子表达的关系可以进一步探索ZAG参与胰岛素抵抗的发病机制,有助于为胰岛素抵抗及与其相关的代谢综合征的治疗指明方向。Zinc-α2-glycoprotein（ZAG） plays an important role in lipid metabolism.It can promote lipolysis and reduce insulin resistance. Studies had proved that adiponectin、leptin and TNF-αplay different functions in insulin resistance.The research of the relation between ZAG and other adipocytokines in insulin resistance will help us explore the mechanism of insulin resistance.In additionn, it will indicate directions for the therapy of insulin resistance and other metabolic syndromes.
