摘　　要：来普输液泵是在我院广泛使用的输液设备之一,其主要优点为小巧轻便、操作简单、报警齐全、安全可靠、控制精确等,该设备可以大大减少人工花费时间、提高效率、保证医疗质量[1]。 1设备构造以及原理 来普输液泵主要由操作面板、机壳、电器控制部分、机械传动部分等几部分组成[2]。其工作原理为由控制板设置输液精度、流量等,通过控制系统发出指令驱动电机与蠕动泵体的运转,实现药物的注射[3]。Lifepum infusion pump is one of the widest used medical equipments in many large hospitals. In the process of using, there were many fault phenomenon such as failure code ER02, ER04 and opening door alarm which influenced the devices for normal using. According to the principle of Lifepum infusion pump and the maintenance experiences, those fault phenomenon was resolved and made the medical process carry out normally.
