摘　　要：近年来,随着患者及家属法律意识及自我保护意识的增强,因医院感染导致的医患纠纷也逐渐增多,如何才能有效地预防医院感染,保障医患安全,已受到卫生管理部门、医疗机构、医务人员等不同层面的格外关注。本文通过实际案例深入阐述了医院感染管理工作的重要性,并指出了基层医疗机构中医院感染控制工作存在的问题及改进对策。同时,对首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院的感染管理工作的经验做了介绍和分享。The In recent years,along with patients and their families legal and self-protection awareness Increase.Medical disputes caused by health-care associated infection also gradually increased,,how to prevent hospital infection effectively,to ensure the safety of the patient,has been concerned by administrative departments,medical institutions and medical staff etc.in this article,through the actual case to expound the importance of hospital infection management,and points out the problems existing of hospital infection control and improvement countermeasures in the basic hospital institutional work.At the same time,introduced and Shared hospital Infection managemente Experience working in the Children＇s hospital affiliated to the capital institute of pediatrics.
