刍议骨生化指标联检在骨质疏松诊疗中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析25-羟基维生素D(25-OH-VD)、骨钙素(BGP)以及抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP-5b)联合检查在骨质疏松临床诊疗中的作用。方法选择由英国IDS公司制造的试剂盒,借助酶联免疫法(ELISA)针对患者开展血清(25-OH-VD)检测,同时给予BGP检测和TRACP-5b检测。结果女患TRACP-5b检测结果为(5.71±2.46)u/L,高于男患的(4.98±1.61)u/L(P<0.05)。结论针对骨质疏松,同时实施25-OH-VD检测、BGP检测以及TRACP-5b检测能够发挥良好应用效果。Objective to analyze 25 a 25-hydroxyitamin D（25- OH- VD）, osteocalcin（BGP） and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase（TRACP 5 b） joint inspection role in clinical diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods The choice made by the British IDS company kit, using enzyme-linked immunoassay（ELISA） for patients in serum（25-OH-VD） detection, while giving BGP detection and TRACP 5 b. Results Women with TRACP 5 b test results for soil（5.71±5.71） u/L,higher than that of male with soil（4.98±4.98） u/L（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In view of the osteoporosis, at the same time, the implementation of 25- OH- detecting VD, BGP and TRACP 5 b detection can play a good application effect.
