探讨康惠尔系列护理敷料治疗慢性伤口及Ⅰ~Ⅲ期压疮的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔系列护理敷料治疗慢性伤口及Ⅰ~Ⅲ期压疮的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2011年1月—2014年8月收治的100例慢性伤口及Ⅰ~Ⅲ期压疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(48例),予传统换药护理,观察组(52例),予康惠尔系列护理敷料,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为96.15%,优于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组治愈时间明显缩短,换药费用明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔系列护理敷料能有效快速促进创面愈合,减少换药次数,节约换药费用,临床价值肯定。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Comfeel dressing nursing in the treatment of chronic wound and I^III pressure ulcer. Methods 100 patients with chronic wound and I ~ III pressure ulcer treated in our hospital from January 2011 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group（48 cases） and the observation group（52cases）. The control group were treated by the traditional dressing nursing, and those in the observation group were treated by the Comfeel nursing dressings. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（96.15% vs 62.50%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group had much shorter cure time and less dressing cost,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfeel dressing can accelerate the wound healing and reduce the times of changing dressings and save dressing cost with great clinical value.
