摘  要:【目的】研究叶面施用硝酸钙对芒果钾、钙、镁含量及品质的影响,为钙肥在芒果生产中的合理应用提供理论依据。【方法】以"台农1号"芒果为试材,在大田试验条件下,以喷清水为对照,于催花前、幼果期、果实膨大期及采收前10d分别喷施不同质量浓度(0.5,1.5,2.5,3.5g/L)硝酸钙(Ca),研究喷施硝酸钙对芒果叶片和果实钾、钙、镁含量及产量、品质的影响。【结果】在一定质量浓度范围(0.5~3.5g/L)内,叶面喷施钙肥可提高叶片、果皮、果肉及果核的钙含量,对叶片钾、镁含量有一定的拮抗作用,从而降低叶片钾、镁含量,但对果实钾、镁含量总体影响不显著。与对照相比,叶面喷施硝酸钙可明显提高果实糖酸比,因为施钙降低了可滴定酸含量;同时叶面喷施硝酸钙可显著提高果实维生素C含量,降低贮藏期果实发病率,但对芒果果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量及产量均无显著影响。【结论】叶面施用硝酸钙影响了芒果叶片的钾、镁含量,但有利于提高芒果果实品质及贮藏性。【Objective】The effects of spraying calcium nitrate on mango potassium,calcium and magnesium contents and quality were studied to provide basis for scientific calcium application.【Method】A field trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of spraying calcium nitrate(Ca)at different concentrations(0.5,1.5,2.5,3.5g/L)on the contents of potassium,calcium,magnesium and quality of‘Tainung No 1'mango at different stages(before inducing flowering,young fruit stage,fruit expanding stage and 10 dbefore harvest).【Result】Spraying calcium nitrate increased Ca contents in leaf,peel,pulp,and seed of mango,and had an antagonistic action for K and Mg in leaf.Compare with the control,spraying calcium nitrate increased the fruit sugar acid ratio because the acidity was reduced,improved vitamin C,and reduced the incidence during storage.It had no significant influence on contents of soluble solid and soluble sugars and yield.【Conclusion】Spraying calcium could increase fruit quality and storability of mango while affect the contents of K and Mg in leaf.
