锁定钢板治疗老年人肱骨近端脆性骨折的疗效及技术关键

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板治疗老年人肱骨近端脆性骨折的疗效及技术关键,提高老年人肱骨近端脆性骨折的康复率。方法随机选取2013年3月—2015年6月该院收治的50例肱骨近端脆性骨折的老年患者,这50例患者术中进行肱骨复位之后进行锁定钢板,采用Neer评分系统对老年患者的疗效进行评分,并回顾性分析这50例案例的相关技术关键。结果 50例患者的康复率为92.5%,其中Neer评分中优24例、良14例、中7例、差5例,功能康复良好效果为90%(45/50),没有其他并发症发生。结论锁定钢板治疗老年人肱骨近端脆性骨折的治疗效果优良,在临床上值得推广和应用。Objective To study the curative effect and key technology of locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral brittle fractures in the elderly so as to improve the chances for recovery from the disease. Methods 50 elderly patients with proximal humeral brittle fractures admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to June 2015 were selected. All the patients were treated by locking plate after intraoperative humeral reduction. The effect was evaluated by Neer scoring system. And the key technology in the treatment of the 50 cases was analyzed retrospectively. Results The recovery rate of the 50 cases was 92.5%. Neer scores showed that the treatment effect was excellent in 24 cases, good in 14 cases, moderate in 7 cases,and poor in 5 cases, the good effective rate was 90%（45/50）. No other complications occurred in the patients. Conclusion The effect of locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral brittle fractures in the elderly is good, which is worth popularization and application in clinic.
