姑息性手术治疗中晚期胃癌对患者生存时间、生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究分析采取姑息性手方法治疗中晚期胃癌患者对其生存时间和生存质量的影响。方法整群选取该院于2012年3月—2013年3月收治的84例具备手术适应症的中晚期胃癌患者为研究对象,依据患者自身病情采取姑息性胃切除手术或姑息性非切除手术进行治疗,并依此将患者分为治疗组(切除手术)和对照组(非切除手术),对比观察两组患者治疗后的生存时间并对其生存质量进行评分。结果 1治疗组患者术后5年生存率为12.0%,明显高于对照组2.9%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,且术后6个月、1年、3年生存率均优于对照组;2治疗组患者生存质量评分高于31分者高达94.0%,对照组仅占85.3%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用姑息性胃切除手术方法治疗中晚期胃癌患者临床疗效明显优于姑息性非切除手术,可延长患者生存时间,提高患者生存质量。Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of the application of palliative surgery treatment for middle-late gastric cancer on the survival time and quality of life of patients. Methods 84 cases of middle-late gastric cancer patients equipped from March 2012 to March 2013 with the surgical indication treated in our hospital were selected as the research object and treated with palliative gastric resection or palliative non-resection surgery according to the patient＇s own condition, and then the patients were divided into the treatment group（resection surgery） and the control group（non-resection surgery） on this basis, the survival time and quality of life of the two groups after treatment were compared and observed and scored. Results The 5-year survival rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（12.0% vs 2.9%） the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05, the 6-month,1-year and 3-year survival rates after operation in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. The percentage of the patients whose quality of life score over 31 marks was as high as 94.0% in the treatment group and only 85.3% in the control group P〈0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of palliative gastric resection treatment for middle-late gastric cancer patients was obviously better than that of palliative non-resection surgery, which can prolong the patient＇s survival time and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
