摘　　要：目的观察ICU危重症患者行综合性护理干预的临床效果。方法随机选取该院于2011年5月—2013年6月所接收ICU危重症患者80例作为该调查对象,随机分成两组后行不同临床措施护理,干预组40例行综合性护理干预,常规组40例行基础护理。评定临床效果。结果干预组患者临床好转率92.5%、护理满意率97.5%和常规组(好转率75.0%、护理满意率77.5%)相比,临床差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对ICU危重症患者行综合性护理干预效果显著,可提高疾病好转率,减轻临床疼痛度,值得应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on ICU critically ill patients.Methods 80 ICU critically ill patients admitted in our hospital from May 2011 to June 2013 were selected as the subjects of this survey and randomized into two groups, the intervention group and the conventional group with 40 cases in each. The intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention, and the conventional group received basic nursing. And the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was assessed. Results The clinical improvement rate was higher in the intervention group than in the conventional group（92.5% vs 75.0%）, the nursing satisfaction rate was higher in the intervention group than in the conventional group（97.5% vs 77.5%） with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For ICU critically ill patients, comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical improvement rate of disease, reduce the degree of pain with significant effect, therefore it is worthy of application.
