摘　　要：本文介绍了铝阳极氧化膜的染色机理和 Megafix BES 染料的染色性能,对 Megafix BES 染料染色工艺条件进行了探讨,推荐了 Megafix BES 染料染色实用工艺,为金属铝染色拓宽了染料应用范围,且色谱齐全,得色深浓,色泽鲜艳,性能优越。The paper introduces the dyeing mechanism of aluminum anodic oxide films and the dyeing behaviors of the colorant Megafix BES,discusses the processing conditions of dyeing with it,and proposes a practical Megafix BES dyeing process,which has enlarged the field of application of the colorant for aluminum products dyeing with a complete range of colors which are deep,thick,bright and lustrous,and have favourable properties.
