摘  要:冲压焊接冷却板存在许多缺点,这将大大降低冲压焊接冷却板的使用寿命。对冲压焊接冷却板的设计结构和在高炉中的使用工况进行总结,重点分析冲压焊接冷却板的结构和材质失效原因,探讨采用球墨铸铁冷却板来代替冲压焊接冷却板,改善冷却板的冷却性能,从而提高冷却板的使用寿命。并设计密封板和垫板,球墨铸铁冷却板铸造好后,把密封板和球墨铸铁冷却板的冷却箱套焊接在一起,然后再把垫板和密封板、套管焊接在一起。解决了球墨铸铁冷却板本体和冷却箱套之间漏煤气的问题。Stamping and welding cooling plate has many shortcomings,which will greatly reduce the service life of the stamping and welding cooling plate.The structure design of the stamping and welding cooling plate and the operating conditions in the blast furnace are summarized.The analysis is focusing on the structure of the stamping and welding cooling plate and the failure of materials.It has been discussed on the replacement of the stamping and welding cooling plate with the ductile iron cooling plate,which can improve the cooling performance of the cooling plate.Thereby,the service life of the cooling plate can be increased.And after the sealing plate and a base plate are designed and the ductile iron cooling plate is cast well,the sealing plate and nodular cast iron cooling plate cooling box can be welded together.Then the shim plate and a sealing plate,casing pipes are welded together.It can solve the gas leakage problem between ductile iron cooling plate and cooling box body.
