高校反腐倡廉建设新媒体运用的现状与思考--以浙江省部分高校为例

摘　　要：新媒体有着传播方式便捷实时、传播内容丰富定制、受众互动自由平等等特点,可成为反腐倡廉建设的宣传教育、信息公开、舆论监督、信访举报等平台,新媒体环境对高校反腐倡廉建设来说既是机遇更是挑战。通过对浙江省内13个高校(涉及杭州、宁波、金华、温州、丽水等地)的调查了解及新浪微博、腾讯微信的搜索,分析了高校反腐倡廉建设工作中运用新媒体平台呈现开设率低、官方认证少,内容不丰富,阅读量低等困境。新媒体环境下,高校反腐倡廉建设要继续发挥原有平台优势,善于利用新媒体特点逐步尝试,在新媒体平台建设中加强力量配置、注重舆论引导和应对机制。New media characterized by convenient and real-time mode of transmission,rich and customized content of communication and interaction,freedom and equality of audiences can become a platform for publicity and education,information disclosure,supervision by public opinions and petition and report in anti-corruption construction.New media environment is both an opportunity and challenge for anti-corruption construction in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the environment of application of new media platform in anti-corruption construction in colleges and universities,including low setting rate,less official certification,inadequate contents and low reading quantity,through the investigation on 13 colleges and universities（involving Hangzhou,Ningbo,Jinhua,Wenzhou and Lishui）in Zhejiang Province and the search of Sina Microblog and Tencent WeChat. Under new media environment,anti-corruption construction in colleges and universities should continue to give play to advantages of the original platform and be good at making attempts based on features of new media.Meanwhile,it is necessary to enhance power allocation and pay attention to public opinion guidance and coping mechanism in the construction of new media platform.
