摘　　要：波黑属于东南欧中褐煤资源丰富的国家,且一直在为加入欧盟而努力,因此对电厂的效率、环保排放有很高要求。介绍了波黑电厂的招标要求及投标经验,对我国企业进入东南欧市场有一定的借鉴作用。Bosnia and Herzegovina is a country which has rich lignite resource in southeast Europe,and always strive to join the European Union. So it has a high stondard about environmental protection and high-efficient for the newfossil power plants. This article describes the tender requirements and bidding design experience for Bosnia and Herzegovina power plant. This article will be a reference for the enterprise our country entered the southeast Europe market.
