摘 要:密封性是设备重要的防护性能,针对工程中经常出现的密封设计不合理导致设备密封失效、橡胶垫永久变形等问题,研究了橡胶密封原理、应力—应变关系,并利用Ansys分析橡胶垫变形,指导设备密封设计。阐述了橡胶垫片密封原理以及不同压缩量对密封性能的影响,给出了橡胶应力—应变计算公式,简单介绍了Ansys分析流程和常用的超弹性材料模型,以密封盒密封设计为例,说明如何应用Ansys对设备密封性能做定量计算。用Ansys对结构进行应力分析,找出盖板的危险截面,对危险截面渗透压进行详细地分析,仿真计算结果表明该方案可行。Sealing is important for equipment.lmproper sealing design could result in sealing fail and even permanent distortion of rubber.The rubber sealing principle,stress-strain relation and the application of Ansys in rubber distortion is researched in this paper to guide sealing design.This paper also expounds the rubber sealing principle and the influence of different compressive deformation to sealing and puts forward the calculation formula on stress-strain.The basic flow chart of Ansys and the model of hyperelastic material are briefly introduced.Taking a sealing box as an example, this paper explicates the quantitative calculating method of equipment sealing performance by Ansys.The model is analyzed by Ansys and the dangerous section is determined.The dangerous section of the rubber is analyzed in detail.Analysis results show the design is feasible.Experimental results prove the analysis method is feasible and effective.
