基于人员流动视角的两岸农业技术合作探析

摘　　要：从人员流动的视角,阐述了人员流动对两岸农业技术合作的影响,分析了两岸农业技术合作中人员流动所存在的问题,并提出创新两岸农业人才交流合作的平台、促进对两岸农业人才的科学引导与合理配置、优化台湾农业人才来大陆创业的环境等对策建议。From the perspective of turnover,the impact of turnover on cross-strait agricultural technical cooperation was elaborated in this paper.Then,the problems existed in turnover of cross-strait agricultural technical cooperation were analyzed.The countermeasures were further put forward including innovating the platform for cross-strait agricultural talents exchange and cooperation,promoting the scientific guidance and reasonable allocation of cross-strait agricultural talents,optimizing the entrepreneurial environment in the Chinese mainland for Taiwan＇s agricultural talents,etc.
