构建热带区域农业产业开发体系的若干思路与技术对策

摘　　要：阐述了发展热作农业的重要意义与作用,提出了着力拓展热作农业领域及其内涵的基本观点,并针对如何贯彻实施绿色发展战略、优化构建热带农业体系、以科技创新促热作创业、实现农村产业转型升级等方面提出若干对策,以求为推动区域现代热区农业发展提供理论与实践参考。The important significance and role of developing tropical agriculture were described in this paper.And the basic viewpoints of expanding tropical agricultural field and its connotation were proposed.Then,some countermeasures for carrying out and implementing the green development strategy,optimizing tropical agriculture system,improving tropical agricultural entrepreneurship by technological innovation and realizing rural industrial transformation and upgrading were put forward,thus to provide theoretical and practical reference for promoting the development of regional modern agriculture in tropical areas.
