摘 要:整地筑埂联合作业机的机架对机器的主要工作部件起着重要的支撑作用。利用三维软件Solidworks进行建模,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对机架进行静力学分析。分析结果表明:旋耕部件机架的最危险区域是牵引架的横梁,筑埂部件机架的最危险区域在前端销轴连接处,此部位所承受的最大应力、应变均在许用范围内。因此,该机机架的强度和刚度满足其使用要求,其工作性能是安全可靠的。此外,还对整机结构进行优化,在满足使用要求的前提下,优化后整机重量减少15.5%,减轻了机重,达到节省材料的目的。The frame of rotating and building ridge combined work machine plays an important role of supporting the machine's main working parts.In this paper,three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks was used to build the analysis model and finite element software ANSYS was used for the static analysis of frame.The results show that the most dangerous area of rotary machine was the beam of traction frame and the most dangerous area of building ridge machine was the connection of the front pin.This area exposed to the maximum stress and strain values was less than the allowable stress values of the material.Requirements of the frame of the machine were satisfied.Its performance was safe and reliable.In addition,the structure of the whole parameter was optimized and the whole weight was reduced 15.5% under the premise of requirements,reducing the machine weight and achieving the purpose of saving material.
