摘 要:为玉米秸秆皮穰叶分离机配备风机和提高分选质量及生产率提供试验与理论基础,考察研究穰颗粒群与气流的相对运动、测定不同规格穰颗粒群的悬浮速度,同时还研究玉米秸秆皮穰分离试验装置空载时剥穰辊转速、剥穰辊轴线距其前端竖直面距离、风速计探头距顶板的距离和剥穰刀位置等四个试验因素对剥穰辊前端机腔风速和风量的影响。试验结果表明:在试验范围内,穰颗粒群的悬浮速度的取值范围是1.16~3.77m/s;四个试验因素的单因素效应和风速计探头距顶板的距离和剥穰刀位置的交互作用对剥穰辊前端机腔风速和风量均有显著影响,可能是因为气流沿剥穰辊半径方向受力不均,造成流动损失。To provide experimental and theoretical basis for the rind-pith-leaf separator for corn stalk equipped with fan,and to improve the quality of separating and productivity,in this study,the relative motion between pith particle group and airflow was investigated,the suspension velocity of pith particle group of different sizes was measured,and the effects of rotary speed of pith-stripping roll,the distance between the axle of pith-stripping roll and vertical plane in front of it,the distance between anemometer probe and the top plate,and the position of the pith-stripping blade on air velocity and air volume of the front cavity of the pith-stripping roll were studied when the rind-pith separation experimental device for corn stalk was under no-load operation,the results showed that:in the experimental range,the range of the suspension velocity of pith particle group was 1.16~3.77m/s;each single factor and interaction of the distance to the top plate and the position of the pith-stripping blade had great effect on air velocity and air volume of the front cavity of the pith-stripping roll,which are possibly because the stress that airflow bearing along the radius direction of the pithstripping roll was uneven and there were loss to the airflow.
