摘 要:分析现有坚果类物料脱壳方法优缺点,结合油茶青果物理特性,设计出一种多滚刀撞击切割方案,使油茶果破壳率提高到96%;设计出一种三级筛分网振动分选机构,实现大壳、中壳和碎末分层筛选,使油茶籽清选率提高到95%。试验表明,本装置结构紧凑、效率高,能满足实际生产需求。On the basis of analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the existing shelling methods,combined with physical and mechanical properties of green camellia fruit,the shelling method of striking with multi blades was developed,this method improved the shelling rate to 96%.Also,this paper designed a vibration screening mechanism including three screens,the screens were different sizes,and they could screen out big shells,middle shells and powders,the cleaning rate was improved to 95%.Experiment results showed that the machine was compact in structure and more efficient,and can be put into production.
