摘 要:借助Virtual Lab声学软件,利用有限元法和传递导纳计算小孔喷注复合式消声器消声性能,并分别计算其声腔扩张室的消声量,且进行对比分析。利用FLUENT计算出小孔喷注复合式消声器的压力损失,公式得出其阻力系数,并与传统常见消声器的阻力系数进行对比。Isight优化软件集成Pro/E、ICEM和FLUENT对小孔喷注的小孔直径参数解析,计算得出小孔直径对消声器压力损失的关系,选取压力损失最小的小孔直径完成优化。Virtual Lab Acoustic software,using finite element method and transfer admittance,calculates acoustic performance of small holes injection compound muffler,and computed the single structure of expansion chamber muffler,then analysis comparing with them.FLUENT software calculated the pressure loss of small holes injection compound muffler,concluded its resistance coefficient by the formula,and compared with resistance coefficient of the traditional muffler.Isight optimization software,integrating PROE、ICEM and FLUENT software,commanded pore diameter of small holes injection muffler do the argument parsing,concluded the relationship between pore diameter and the pressure loss,completed optimization by selecting the minimum pressure loss about diameter of holes.
