输尿管软镜下钬激光切开内引流治疗肾盂旁囊肿的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究输尿管软镜下钬激光切开内引流治疗肾盂旁囊肿的效果。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月-2014年6月笔者所在医院收治的23例肾盂旁囊肿患者的临床资料,男14例,女9例,年龄32-65岁,平均48岁,左侧10例,右侧13例,均为单侧单发肾盂旁囊肿,直径4-7 cm,平均4.8 cm,均行输尿管软镜下肾盂旁囊肿钬激光切开内引流术。结果：23例患者手术均顺利完成,无中转开放。手术时间25-60 min,平均36 min,术中失血5-25 ml。术后住院4-7 d,平均5 d。术后定期随访1-3年,21例囊肿消失,2例囊肿明显缩小,未见囊肿复发。结论：输尿管软镜下钬激光切开内引流治疗肾盂旁囊肿是一种安全、有效的微创方法,具有良好的疗效和明显的优势。Objective：To study the effect of flexible ureteroscope holmium laser incision drainage in the treatment of parapelvic cyst.Method：The clinical data of 23 patients with parapelvic cyst in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were analyzed retrospectively,male 14 cases,female 9 cases,age 32-65 years old,average 48 years old,on the left side in 10 cases,13 cases of right,both unilateral and solitary renal cyst,the diameter of 4-7 cm,average 4.8 cm,underwent flexible ureteroscope holmium laser incision drainage in the treatment of parapelvic cyst.Result：23 cases were successfully completed without conversion to open.The operation time was 25-60 min,average 36 min,intraoperative blood loss was 5-25 ml.The postoperative hospital stay was 4-7 d,average 5 d.Regular follow-up 1 year to 3 years after surgery,the cyst disappeared in 21 cases,2 cases of cysts reduced obviously,no recurrence was found.Conclusion：Flexible ureteroscope holmium laser incision drainage in the treatment of parapelvic cyst is a safe,effective and minimally invasive method,it has good curative effect and obvious advantages.
