摘　　要：综述了汽车密封条发展历程和磁性密封同类研究,鉴于汽车磁性密封条行业研究上的空白和对高性能密封的需求,论述了磁性密封条在汽车门盖上的应用需要攻克的关键技术,包括磁粉如何选择,配方设计的思路与制备过程中的关键参数,磁性、尺寸适应性和密封性能评价方法的建立与验证。通过与传统技术对比,指出磁性密封的优劣和未来发展方向。Development history of automobile weatherstrip and other similar magnetic sealing is summarized. Consider current industry has limited further study on magnetic weatherstrip , but the sealing performance requirement is becoming higher, this document addresses key techniques when magnetic weatherstrip applied in closure system, including how to choose magnetic powder, how to make recipes, key manufacturing factors , adaptability of magnetism and dimension, also the establish- ment and validation of sealing performance evaluation ways. The advantage and disadvantage of mag- netic sealing and the future tendency of this industry is pointed out.
