“一带一路”战略背景下泉州高职院校发展抉择

摘　　要："一带一路"战略是党中央、国务院主动应对全球形势深刻变化的重大战略决策。泉州被确立为"建设21世纪海上丝绸之路先行区",这给泉州高职教育带来发展机遇和挑战。为服务于"一带一路"发展战略,提高高职教育适应社会发展的能力,泉州的高职院校应当抓住机遇,基于"走出去"的开放思想,探索泉州高职教育发展路径,改革高职教育模式,围绕产业发展,创新培养机制;加强援外培训,开展合作办学;改革课程体系,增进理解和互信。＂One Belt One Road＂ is an important strategy for the Party Central Committee and the State Council to deal with the profound changes in the world situation forwardly. Quanzhou was established as the first district of the Construction of the Maritime Silk Road in 21 Century, which brings an opportunity and challenge to its vocational education. In order to serve the development strategy of ＂One Belt One Road＂,and improve the ability of higher vocational education to adapt to the social development, colleges in Quanzhou should seize the opportunity, basing on the perspective of ＂going out＂, to explore and reform its development paths and modes such as innovating the mechanism, strengthening the foreign aid training to carry out cooperation in running schools, and reforming the curriculum system to promote mutual understanding and trust.
