摘 要:基于数字图像处理技术和Monte-Carlo理论重构了煤体细观结构单元,假定煤微元强度服从对数正态分布建立煤统计损伤本构模型,并计算得初始损伤值.结果表明:1)基于门限处理和形态学相结合确定种子点位置的区域生长法,可有效提取煤SEM图像的细观结构信息;2)煤细观结构几何参数分别服从特定的统计分布,通过Monte-Carlo法模拟的细观表征体元可较好地描述煤初始损伤情况;3)构建的模型能较好地模拟煤变形破坏全过程,尤其是初始压密阶段.Meso-structure elements of coal were rebuilt based on digital image processing technology and Monte-Carlo method.Statistic meso-damage constitutive model of coal was constructed by supposing that the strength of elements followed the lognormal distribution.The initial damage variable was observed using MATLAB.The results show that:1)Meso-structure information of coal can be extracted effectively from SEM images by using the regional growing method,in which the location of seed points is determined based on the combination of thresholding and morphological;2)The geometric parameters of meso-structure are subject to particular statistical distribution rule.The initial damage of coal can be described preferably by representative element volume that simulated by Monte-Carlo method;3)The meso-damage constitutive model proposed in this paper has highly precision in simulating the deformation and damage of coal,especially for the initial compaction stage.
