摘 要:建立了任意节U型约束混凝土拱架的力学模型,计算分析了径向均布荷载和多点集中荷载作用下的拱架内力.进行了U型约束混凝土构件的纯弯曲试验和不同偏心率下的偏压试验,分析得到了UCC29-C40构件的压弯极限强度承载力计算公式(m-n曲线).基于此提出了U型约束混凝土拱架的屈服承载力计算方法,绘制了完整的计算流程图,进行了算例分析.同时开展了与算例条件基本相同的UCC拱架全尺寸力学试验,结果表明:实测拱架的屈服承载力为1 230kN,屈服承载力理论计算值误差为6.7%,且拱架屈服位置及钢材应变测试规律与内力计算结果吻合.The mechanical model with joints was established for inner force calculation,the inner force under radial uniform load and multi points concentrated load was analyzed.The pure bending test and eccentric compression test on different eccentricity of UCC columns were carried out.The compression bending capacity formula(m-ncurve)for UCC29-C40 members was obtained and based on which the calculation method of yielding bearing capacity of UCC arch was proposed.At the same time the overall calculation process was given and an example was analyzed.The full size mechanical test of UCC arch was carried out.The results show that the yielding bearing capacity of the test arch was 1 230 kN,which indicates that the calculation deviation was 6.7%.The laws of strain test result of steel on arch were coincide with the inner force calculation results.
