摘　　要：通过对含有可分凝组分气体混合物的透平压缩机级间冷却器物性计算、传热和阻力计算、强度分析计算和绘图软件模块的研究,研制了级间冷却器的设计软件包和优化设计软件包。运行实践表明,使用冷却器设计与优化设计软件包可以获得满意的设计和优化设计结果。A systematic research on the calculation of the thermal physical properties of gas mixture with condensable components, heat transfer and flow drag of inter-cooler, the analysis of its strength calculation and the scheme of its computer graphics, is presented. Based on the study, a software package for design and optimization of inter-cooler of turbine compressor has been developed, which is capable of conducting the calculation and analysis described above and outputting the drawings of the assemblies and their parts by using the developed parametric computer graphics technology. The uses of this software package in practice have shown that it is effective for users to obtain the satisfied results of design and optimization for the relevant inter-coolers.
