摘 要:仪器设备的期间核查是实验室认可和资质认定评审活动中必查的技术要素之一,是实验室质量控制的一种有效方式。本文以平面光栅摄谱仪的期间核查为例,结合本实验室的实际情况,对期间核查定义、期间核查与检定或校准的关系、期间核查的必要性进行了阐述,对期间核查的对象、核查的参数、核查标准的选择、核查周期或频率确定、核查方式的选择、核查结果的判定准则等方面进行了分析探讨,介绍了期间核查规程编写的要求和规则,提出了期间核查结果有效性评价的重要性,指出了实施仪器设备的期间核查既能确保仪器设备检定/校准状态的准确可靠性,又能达到质量控制的目的。Intermediate check of instrument and equipment is one of the essential technical factors in laboratory conformity assessment and metrology accreditation, and an effective way for the quality control in laboratory. Taking the intermediate check of plane grating spectrograph as an example and combining with the actual situation of the laboratory,the following are expounded, including the definition of intermediate check, the relationship during intermediate check and verification or calibration, the necessity of intermediate check, etc. Some fields in the intermediate check are analyzed and discussed, such as the choices of the object, parameter and standards, the confirm of period or frequency, the mode, the evaluating criteria for results, etc. The rules in compiling the regulation of intermediate check are introduced. The importance of effectiveness assessment on the results of intermediate check is put forward. It is pointed out that the verification of measuring equipment can not only ensure the accuracy and reliability of verification or calibration but also achieve the purpose of quality control.
