摘　　要：通过分析社区体育文化的内涵和城市社区社会角色变化的基础上,阐述构建体育文化特色社区对城市社区发展的积极意义,进一步提出行之有效的开展策略:提高领导对社区体育文化建设的重视力度;整合社区资源,统筹规划特色项目;利用社区公共体育设施,定期开展多元化的活动;建立规范的体育制度,保证体育文化可持续发展;拓宽经费来源渠道,保证活动有序开展;搭建人力资源平台,提升服务意识;旨在加快社区体育文化建设的发展步伐。Based on the analysis of the connotation of community sports culture and the change of social role in urban community,this paper expounds the positive significance that the construction of community sports culture characteristics of urban community development,and further puts forward effective development strategy： to improve the leadership to the community sports culture construction efforts; the integration of community resources,co- ordinate the planning characteristics of the project. The community public sports facilities,on a regular basis to carry out a wide range of activities; establish a standardized system of sports,to ensure the sustainable development of sports culture; broaden sources of funding channels,ensure the orderly conduct of activities; to build the platform of human resources,enhance service awareness so as to accelerate the development of the community sports culture construction.
