摘　　要：目的:测定不同产地水线草中多糖含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定水线草中多糖含量。结果:田间伴生水线草多糖平均含量为2.20%,野生水线草多糖平均含量为1.93%。结论:水线草由野生转化为家种,有利于保证药材的有效性和稳定性。Objective：To detect the content of polysaccharides in Corymbose Hedyotis Herb of different place. Methods： Using the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometric method to determine the content of paeoniflorin of polysaccharides. Results： The average content of paeoniflorin was 2.20% of field associated Corymbose Hedyotis Herb and the average content of paeoniflorin was 1.93% in wild variety.Conclusion： Corymbose Hedyotis Herb artificial planting possessed good Validity, stability.
