来曲唑联合滋肾育胎丸对PCOS患者促排卵的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察来曲唑联合滋肾育胎丸对PCOS（polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS）患者促排卵的疗效。方法：选择2015年1~8月于我院明确诊断的PCOS患者51例为研究对象,随机分为两组：实验组26例采用来曲唑＋滋肾育胎丸治疗,对照组25例给予尿促性腺激素治疗。比较两组的排卵率、成熟卵泡数、内膜厚度、HCG日E2水平、妊娠率等。结果：两组在成熟卵泡数、E2水平上比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;排卵率、内膜厚度及妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：来曲唑联合滋肾育胎丸方案可以作为基层医院简易促排卵一种有效安全的选择。Objective：To observe the effect of letrozole（LE） and Zishen Yutai Pill protocol on the ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methods：51 cases with PCOS from January 2015 to August 2015 were selected.51 PCOS patient were divided into two group：experimental group and control group.The experimental group were given letrozole（LE）and Zishen Yutai Pill protocol,while the control group were given HCG injection. The pregnancy rate,ovulation rate,mature follicle number,endometrial thickness,E2 level on the day of HCG were recorded. Results：There was significant differences in the mature follicle number、E2level between two groups（P0.05）;There was no significant differences in tovulation rate、endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions：The letrozole（LE）and Zishen Yutai Pill is an effective and safe method in patients with clomiphene citrate-resistant polycystic ovarian syndrome for basic level hospitals.
