贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2013年1月~2015年6月收治的60例高血压合并心力衰竭患者,随机将患者均分为两组,对照组30例患者口服贝那普利治疗,观察组30例患者口服贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗。连续治疗6个月后,观察两组患者的降压疗效以及心功能改善情况。结果：经过治疗,观察组患者血压、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数均明显优于对照组,数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;对比两组患者临床疗效,观察组治疗总有效率93.4%,明显优于对照组的70.0%,数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论：在老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的临床治疗中采用贝那普利联合美托洛尔,具有显著的降压效果,能够改善患者的心功能,延缓病症的进展,值得在临床推广。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Benner Pury combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure. Methods：selected in our hospital between January 2013 and 2015 June were 60 cases in hypertensive patients with heart failure,random patients were divided into two groups,control group 30 cases were given benazepril treatment,observe group（30 cases） was treated with benazepril combined with metoprolol in the treatment. After 6 months of continuous treatment,the efficacy and improvement of cardiac function were observed in two groups of patients. Results：after the treatment,observation group patients blood pressure,left ventricular diastolic end systolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction were significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance.（P 0.05）.Compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect was observed in the treatment group the total effective rate was 93.4%,obviously better than 70.0% of the control group,the difference has statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion：in elderly patients with primary hypertension complicated with heart failure of clinical treatment by Benazepril Combined with metoprolol treatment,with significant antihypertensive effect, can improve the heart function of patients, slow the disease progression, it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical.
