急诊内科老年重症心力衰竭临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的：对急诊内科老年重症心力衰竭的临床治疗进行分析。方法：采取2012年5月~2013年8月本院急诊内科接受治疗的70例老年重症心力衰竭患者,按照随机分配的原则,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组35例,对对照组采取盐酸贝那普利治疗,对观察组在盐酸贝那普利的基础上联合乌拉地尔治疗,治疗结束后,对两组疗效进行比较。结果：对观察组采用盐酸贝那普利联合乌拉地尔治疗后,34例临床症状得到明显改善,患者的心力功能恢复正常,仅有1例治疗无效,总疗效达到了97.1%,对照组采用盐酸贝那普利治疗后,仅有27例心力功能得到改善,有8例治疗无效,总疗效为77.1%,两组治疗效果相比,差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对老年重症心力衰竭采取盐酸贝那普利联合乌拉地尔治疗疗效显著,促进了患者的健康,提高了生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective：to the clinical treatment of emergency medical senile severe heart failure were analyzed. Method：adopted in May2012 to August 2013 in our hospital during the period of emergency treatment in coco treated 70 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure,according to the principle of random distribution,the 70 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group in the two groups,each time,35 patients in the control group patients treated with hydrochloric acid bei that split,the observation group of patients in hydrochloric acid on the basis of the split joint ulla ground treatment,after treatment,the curative effect of two groups of patients in the comparison. Results：the observation group were treated by hydrochloric acid that ho split joint,after treatment,35 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure,30 cases of patients with clinical symptoms improved obviously,the patient＇s heart function returned to normal,only 1 case treatment is invalid,the total curative effect reached 97.1%,the control group were treated by hydrochloric acid that split after treatment,35 cases of patients,only24 cases of patients with heart function improved,8 patients were treated,the total curative effect is 77.1,compared the curative effect of two groups of patients,significant difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：of elderly patients with severe heart failure by hydrochloric acid ho bei the split joint,worth a significant curative effect after treatment,effectively promote the patient＇s health,improve the patient＇s quality of life,worth clinical promotion.
