摘　　要：为有效解决高速铁路无砟轨道道岔防跳限位装置螺栓折断问题,对螺栓折断问题进行了调研,分析了折断原因。参考机械行业折断螺栓的处理方法,提出并实践了折断螺栓的处理方法,在不动道的情况下,利用磁力电钻直接钻取并更换新螺栓。现场实践应用表明,该处理方法降低了作业风险,节约了处理成本。In order to effectively solve the bolt fracture problem of anti-hop limiting device at ballastless track turnout of high-speed railway,the article studies the bolt fracture problem and analyzes the fracture reasons.Referring the treatment method of bolt fracture in mechanical industry,the article puts forward the treatment method of bolt fracture.The magnetic drill is used to directly take out and replace the new bolt under the condition of not removing the track.The filed practice shows that this treatment method reduces the working risk and save the treatment cost
