摘 要:研究了10kW标准型磁力耦合器在不同滑差下不同瞬态的性能。利用AnsoftMaxwell软件并依据磁力耦合器样机参数,在三维环境下建立磁力耦合器的有限元模型。对磁力耦合器进行有限元分析,得到磁力耦合器的输出转矩及铜盘内磁场强度、磁密等场量的变化规律。分析结果表明:转矩输出的稳定时刻不随滑差的变化而变化;转矩稳定输出后仍存在波动,但波动值不随滑差的变化而变化;铜盘上的涡流密度与能量损耗随滑差的增大而增大,而铜盘上的磁密、磁场强度与磁场能则随滑差的增大先减小后增大。研究结果对10kW标准型磁力耦合器的设计与改良有很好的指导意义。The essay carries out the research on transient properties of the 10 k W standard magnetic coupling at different slippage. According to parameters of the prototype, the finite element model of the magnetic coupling is built using Ansoft Maxwell software. The finite element analysis of the magnetic coupling is made to get the variation rule of torque and the variation rule of field quantities in copper plate. The analysis results show that the stability moment of the torque does not vary with the variation of the slippage. There are still fluctuations in the torque when it has been stable, but the fluctuation value does not change with the slippage. The eddy current density and energy loss of the copper increase with slippage. With increasing slippage, the magnetic flux density, magnetic field intensity and electromagnetic energy in copper plate firstly decrease and then increase. The results of the essay are good reference for the design and improvement of 10 k W standard magnetic coupling.
