摘　　要：Hobi样病毒(Hobi-like virus)是一种可感染牛的新病毒,2004年其遗传学和抗原特征被首次确认,将之归入黄病毒科,瘟病毒属。该病毒主要在胎牛血清、牛源细胞系中检测到,同时在临床自然发病动物中也不断被检测并分离到。目前研究表明Hobi样病毒主要分布于南美、欧洲和亚洲,并且在南美和亚洲某些地区呈地方流行性分布。Hobi样病毒的宿主范围目前尚不明确,牛、绵羊等反刍动物感染后出现明显的临床症状并向外排毒;猪感染后仅表现轻微的抗体滴度上升,没有任何临床症状。牛感染Hobi样病毒后的症状同牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)感染相似,主要表现为腹泻,部分出现呼吸系统症状、繁殖障碍和出血性综合征等。BVDV疫苗能够诱导产生针对Hobi样病毒的免疫抗体,但是不足以提供有效的保护力。目前检测BVDV的方法不能有效检测Hobi样病毒或者无法区分BVDV和Hobi样病毒。当前已经建立了针对Hobi样病毒的特异性荧光RT-PCR检测方法,将为该病毒的流行病学调查奠定坚实的基础,进而对反刍动物瘟病毒的防控和清除,以及疫苗等生物制品的生物安全的保障具有十分重要的意义。Hobi-like virus,one putative speices of genus pestivirus family flaviviridae, has been pro- posed as a new pestivirus in cattle. The genetic and antigenic traits were firstly identified in 2004, and since then the virus was detected and isolated in fetal bovine serum, bovine cell lines and the clinical cattle herds. The present studies demonstrated that the Hobi-like viruses are distributed in South Ameirca,Europe and Asia,and are endemic in certain regions of South America and Asia. The complete host range of Hobi-like virus is unknown. The cattle and sheep present the clear clinical signs and the high antibody titer,while the pigs show no clinical sighs and only the slight antibody titer rise. The main clinical manifestations are diarrhea, sporadically associated with re- productive losses,respiratory illness and hemorrhagic syndrome. The BVDV vaccine could induce the antibody against the Hobi-like virus, but the antibody level could not protect the host. The BVDV diagnostic kit could not detect the Hobi-like virus efficiently,or could not differentiate the BVDV and the Hobi-like virus. The researchers have developed the specific real-time PCR for the Hobi-like virus,which would provide the solid basis for the epidemiology investigation,the control and eradication of the virus in ruminants, and also is of great significance for the biosafety of the biological products.
