摘  要:目的观察生肌玉红胶原的抗炎作用并探查其可能的作用机制。方法采用小鼠耳肿胀实验、大鼠蹊部肉芽组织增生实验、小鼠耳廓微循环与腹部毛细血管通透实验评价生肌玉红胶原的抗炎功效,采用大鼠感染性创面测定创面白细胞总数及炎症因子以探查其抗炎机制。结果生肌玉红胶原明显抑制耳肿胀及肉芽组织增生,同时改善耳廓微循环及减轻毛细血管通透性,与空白对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中生肌玉红胶原高剂量组、中剂量组功效稍好于低剂量组;生肌玉红胶原显著抑制创面白细胞浸润,与胶原组与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),创面炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α含量在造模后3至15天均显著低于对照组与胶原组(P<0.01)。结论生肌玉红胶原具有显著的抗炎、改善微循环作用,机制与减少慢性创面炎细胞浸润与炎症因子分泌相关。Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory effects and its mechanism of Shenji Yuhong collagen for its clinical application. Methods Mouse ear swelling test,hyperblastosis assay of soft tissue in rat groin,microcirculation assay in mouse auricle and capillary permeability assay on the skin of mouse abdomen was evaluated with series of doses of Shengji Yuhong liquid loaded on collagen for anti-inflammatory effects detection. The amount of white blood cells( WBC),interleukin-6( IL-6) and tumor Necrosis Factor-α( TNF-α) in wound's secretion was evaluated with rat chronic wound model for mechanism exploring.Results The weights of swelling ears,degrees of hyperblastosisin rat groin were statistically decreased with Shengji Yuhong collagen local application as well as mouse auricle similar microcirculation improved and capillary permeability inhibition. The s amount of WBC,IL-6 and TNF-α in wound's secretion were all significantly decreased in Shengji Yuhong collagen group from 3rd to15 th day after model made,compared to control group and collagen group( P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Significant anti-inflammatory effects were found with Shengji Yuhong collagen local application which may through inhibition of inflammatory cell infiltration and related factors.
