摘 要:目的研究平颏海蛇干体的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从平颏海蛇干体中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:棕榈酸(1),油酸甲酯(2),油酸(3),3-methoxycholest-5-ene(4),Stigmasta-5,24(28)-diene,3-methoxy-,(3β,24E)(5),Tetracosanamide,N-[(1S,2R,3E)-2-hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl)-3,7-heptadecadien-1-yl](6),5α-Cholestan-3β-ol,5,6β-dibromo-,nonanoate(7),Cholestane-3,5,6-triol,3-nonanoate(8),胆甾-5-烯-3β,7β-二醇(9),胆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从平颏海蛇中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the dry Lapemis curtus. Methods The compounds were separatedby column chromatography and recrystallization, their structures were elucidated based on chemical and spectral analyses.Result Ten compounds were isolated from the dry Lapemis curtus. Their structures were determined as Palmitic acid( 1),Octdecenoic acid methyl ester( 2),9-octadecenoic acid( 3),3-methoxycholest-5-ene( 4),Stigmasta-5,24( 28)-diene,3-methoxy-,( 3β,24E)( 5),Tetracosanamide,N-[( 1S,2R,3E)-2-hydroxy-1-( hydroxymethyl)-3,7-heptadecadien-1-yl]( 6),5α-Cholestan-3β-ol,5,6β-dibromo-,nonanoate( 7),Cholestane-3,5,6-triol,3-nonanoate( 8),Cholest-5-ene-3β,7β-diol( 9),Cholest-5-ene-3β,7α-diol( 10). Conclusion All compounds were isolated from the dry Lapemis curtus for the first time.
